I built this practice for a specific kind of client: the high-earning professional whose career leaves little time to manage the complexity of their own finances. My role is to remove that complexity entirely.

That means a relationship, not a transaction. A single point of contact who knows your situation end-to-end, anticipates your next decision before it lands on your desk, and coordinates the moving pieces: taxes, cash flow, assets, insurance, retirement, estate. So nothing falls through the cracks.

The work is hands-on, proactive, and discreet. It's designed to feel effortless on your side of the table, because every meaningful detail has already been considered on mine.

Corporate law is one of the most financially complex career paths there is. Partner-track compensation structures, equity decisions, tax implications at every income tier, and six-figure student loans layered on top. Each decision compounds into the next.

My practice is built specifically for that complexity. I've invested in understanding the economics of the partnership track, the tradeoffs embedded in buy-ins and capital contributions, the timing of compensation changes, and the planning opportunities that most general advisors miss entirely.

Outside the Office

I live in Nashville with my wife and our two boys. Outside of work, you'll usually find me running, on a sideline, or outdoors with the family. And, like most people in this city, I’m always on the hunt for a great meal.
